Minimum order : 25-30 Pieces is required for every single product
depending on the design.
- Production period : Approximately 4-6 weeks , after the receipt
of order confirmation , however the period can be changed
subject to the volume of each order, or any other unforseen
circumstances, shortage of silver raw materials,etc.
Nevertheless,the company will keep the customers informed in
advance.
- Method of
shipment : According to customer requirement, by air parcel post
, EMS , Federal Express , DHL ,TNT ,UPS , Trans-aircargo and
etc.
- Terms of
payment : We request a 30% deposit from the total amount of
order , by T/T into the company's Bank account, before
commencement or production , with the remainder to be paid upon
the receipt of invoice before delivery, as final payment . By
T/T in advance is also accepted and payable to Twin Hearts
Jewelry, as beneficiary. We do accept payment through western
union payment transfer.
- Prices :
All prices are export wholesale prices in USD net F.O.B Bangkok,
Thailand. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum surcharges will be added should the price of silver rise
significantly or currency fluctuated drastically. We reserve the
right to make any changes, without prior notice.
- Claim and
return of goods : Customers can claim the company on any damage
or defect of products received. The claim must be made with a
proper and appropriate explanation, by writing to the company,
within 15 days from the delivery as shown in the airway bill,
otherwise, we do consider that you are fully satisfied with our
products.
